With a 30 year history in Owensboro, KY and surrounding area, Cynthia's Apollo Hair (Formally Apollo/House of Hair), is a leader in Hair Replacement and offers a full suite of other Hair and Salon services. Cynthia Brumley Harlan purchased the business in March of 2020.
